We just found on 11/17/06 that we were having problems with customers not being able to create a store account to place an order.  This is now fixed.  The problem was occuring from 11/02/06-11/17/06 so if you tried to create an account during that time frame, it will now work.  Please give it another try if you wish.

We are sorry for this inconvenience.  It was caused by adding some code to the Store to allow better search engine positioning.  We are now working on trying to make this Search Engine Optimazation software work with the Store and not break anything as it did before.  We hope to have this fixed in the next few days, but currently the store is working fine and everything should work without any problems.

Thanks for being patient as we work out all the glitches that come with a new online store.  We have been working on this for about 8 months now, and it seems pretty rock solid, until I try to enhance it then problems can arise.

These are known Plextor drives that DO NOT support hardware decoding of the CD+G format.

• Plextor PX-740A- This drive is made by BenQ and marketed by Plextor.
• Plextor PX-504A- This drive is made by Ricoh and marketed by Plextor.
• Plextor PX-504UF- This drive is made by Ricoh and marketed by Plextor.

These drives will work with any software to copy CD+G discs.  They support the Hardware error correction of the CD+G format in the drive, so the software does not have to deinterleave it.

1. Left Click Start Menu\Settings\Control Panel\
2. Double click on Administrative Tools
3. Double click on Computer Management
4. Under Computer Management, left click on Disk Management.
5. Right click on the Drive that you want to change the drive letter for and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths...".
6. This will then open a dialog box, that will allow you to select the Drive. Once the drive that you want to change is selected, click the Change Button.
7. You will now see another box pop up, that shows a Pull down menu on the right hand side. Select the drive letter that you want to change this drive to. Once you have done this, then click OK.
8. You will see a dialog box pop up asking you to confirm with the following message: "Changing the drive letter of a volume might cause programs to no longer run. Are you sure you want to change this drive letter?" Yes or No? Click YES.
9. Now close out of all other programs and your drive will now have the correct drive letter.

1. Right click anywhere on the Desktop, not on an application screen or icon.
2. Select Properties at the menu bottom.
3. In the dialog that appears, click the Settings tab at the top right.
4. You will see two monitor images. click on image #2 to select it (IMPORTANT: Do NOT double click the image).
5. Set the Screen resolution to 1024x768 or higher
6. Set the Color quality to Medium 16-bits or Highest 32-bits.
7. Check Extend my Windows Desktop to this Monitor.
8. Click OK to set your changes and close this dialog.

When in Extended Desktop mode you should see your Desktop wallpaper only, no icons, toolbars, etc. If this doesn't work, contact the Computer manufacturer or the video card manufacturer to find out how to make your system support dual display.
